Alva Coachworks

Cormac was Project Architect on the the conversion of a Victorian tram repair depot into state of the art photographic studios and event space. The works included the complete refurbishment of the existing roof and the addition of a mezzanine level containing hair & makeup rooms overlooking the studios, a dining space and roof terrace. The project has been shortlisted for the AJ Retrofit Award.
