The Lazy Tiger studio is divided into three distinct zones. The BikeRowSki studio, the centrepiece that houses nine bikes, nine rowing machines, and nine ski machines in a dramatic, LED-lit environment built for high-intensity, music-led group sessions.
Adjacent to it, the yoga and Pilates studio offers a quieter counterpoint, warm amber tones, 24 mat spaces, and six reformers, designed to slow the pace rather than raise it.
A small retail and coffee area completes the footprint, a social space within the studio where members can browse and linger after a session.

The BikeRowSki zone at Lazy Tiger houses nine rowing machines, nine spin bikes, and nine ski machines, all in a purpose-designed studio built for music-led, screen-driven group sessions.
The design serves performance without looking clinical. Dark ceilings, dramatic LED lighting, large-format screens, and a stage-like instructor position all came from asking what makes high-intensity training feel like an event rather than just a workout. The energy of the space is part of the product.
-
The BikeRowSki studio and the yoga and Pilates space at Lazy Tiger are two completely different environments within the same 2,150 sqft footprint.
The cardio zone runs on red light, LED drama, and full-room screens. The yoga studio is warm amber, quieter in its palette and proportions, designed to slow the breath rather than raise the heart rate.
-
The Lazy Tiger brief included a small retail area and a coffee counter, a hangout zone within the footprint.
The commercial logic is straightforward, members who might otherwise leave immediately have a reason to stay, and the brand gets a social dimension beyond the workout.
That area matches the energy of the studios without competing with them, a quieter, more browsable zone that still felt like Lazy Tiger.
-
Lazy Tiger's Bangkok studio went from brief to handover in six weeks. The concept and technical pack were completed in the first month with construction running immediately after.
That kind of timeline requires working with the client closely to make design decisions fast and well. The design was locked early, the local contractor team was coordinated from the outset, and each zone was sequenced to allow parallel progress across the fit-out.
-
Lazy Tiger is the first of a planned chain, with Bangkok as the launch and expansion across Thailand and beyond already in the plan.
The design had to work as a standalone space and as a replicable concept. The brand's identity is embedded from the start so future locations can carry the same feel without simply copying the same layout. The Thai tiger motif, the red and amber palette, the arched entry form all belonging to the brand, not just the location.
-
The brief from Lazy Tiger was direct: the space had to look like nothing else in Bangkok.
High-energy, design-led, finished to a standard more often associated with nightclubs than gym fit-outs.
The BikeRowSki studio was built around a deep red palette with dramatic LED strip lighting running across the ceiling, rows of light that move with the intensity of the class.
The entrance uses an arched tunnel form, theatrical and deliberate, with a circular artwork focal point that stops you before you reach the studio floor.
Lazy Tiger's Thai tiger motif runs through the branding and into the material decisions throughout.
